Tengri offers a delivery and returns policy that means you can buy with confidence.

DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability). In the event that a particular item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date.

“Special Order” purchases: Please note that shipping costs for special orders are as quoted and special order purchases are not returnable for refund or for credit of any kind. See full terms and conditions.

Shipping Rates

We offer free complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding £150.

UK delivery cost: £8 per order*
UK delivery time: 3-5 working days

Europe delivery cost: £20 per order*
Europe delivery time: 5-10 working days

United States of America delivery cost: £25 per order*
United States of America delivery time: 5-10 working days

Rest of the world delivery cost: £30 per order*
Rest of the world delivery time: 5-15 working days

* Heavier items may incur an additional charge depending on weight.

Insurance:

Tengri insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Tengri and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Tax & Duties:

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised on the Order Summary page. UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands.

Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel any goods ordered from the point at which they are ordered until they are dispatched. A full refund will be issued. As goods in stock are usually dispatched the same day, the cancellation window may only be a matter of hours.

If goods have already been dispatched, you may return unwanted items at your own expense, and a refund will be provided in accordance with our Returns Policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Risk in any product shall pass to the customer upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure products against all risks from that point onward.

You may cancel your purchase by notifying Tengri by email at hello@tengri.co.uk within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases, a full refund will be made to the purchaser’s credit or debit card.

You may return goods with proof of purchase within 28 days of the invoice date to the address below. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all garment tags attached. If the goods show signs of wear or handling, Tengri reserves the right to refuse the return. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Please retain proof of postage and consider obtaining suitable insurance for the value of goods, as proof of postage is not proof of delivery.

Special Orders (Non-Refundable Purchases)

Special Order purchases (including made-to-order, bespoke, or customised items) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a special order has been confirmed and payment received, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited.

These items are created specifically to your requirements, and production begins immediately upon confirmation. In the unlikely event that a special order is faulty or not as described, Tengri will comply with its obligations under consumer protection law to repair, replace, or refund the defective item.
