Khangai Limited Editions
Made in line with nature, every collection is a timeless limited edition.
Warrior Collection
Shaped by the vast landscapes of Mongolia and the people who move through them, the Warrior Collection draws inspiration from nomadic herders and their animals – figures of quiet strength, humility, and deep presence. Open-hearted yet reserved, grounded and unassuming; Mongolian animals, particularly the Khangai yak, mirrored this duality – majestic in form, powerful in presence, and remarkably gentle in spirit.
This balance of strength and vulnerability lies at the heart and inspiration of the collection. Strong, symmetrical textures inspired by medieval armour and Celtic symbols are distilled into soft, almost imperceptible stitch structures, creating garments that protect without weight and assert without display. Working exclusively with yak noble fibres, the collection represents a first exploration into how simplicity of a single fibre alone – handled with precision – can evolve and achieve depth, resilience, and quiet authority.
Yukata Collection
Rooted in the Japanese yukata, a garment traditionally worn at home and in everyday life, the Yukata Collection reinterprets its spirit through noble materials and contemporary craft. The collection is the result of a five-year journey of quiet development, created in collaboration with Gownsmith and guided by material discipline and cultural respect.
From the sourcing of rare fibres, through the spinning of yarn and weaving of cloth, to final hand-tailoring on Savile Row, every stage is shaped by precision and continuity of craft. Japanese principles of functionality, ease, and considered form are brought into dialogue with Western tailoring, resulting in garments that feel both familiar and newly resolved.
At its heart, the collection explores the idea of bringing the sense of home into the world – offering comfort without informality, and refinement without rigidity. Designed with sartorial clarity yet relaxed in spirit, the Yukata moves effortlessly between private and public life, from quiet interiors to the street. Eastern and Western influences are held in balance, creating pieces defined by versatility, restraint, and enduring relevance.
Sky Collection
The words “Tengri” and “sky” are synonymous, an unseen presence understood as eternal, boundless, and beyond form, like the blue expanse itself. This sense of infinity lies at the heart of the Sky Collection.
Drawing inspiration from humanity’s enduring relationship with the sky, the collection reflects both contemplation and aspiration. Elements of vintage flight coats, designed for life in the air and moments of rest, are reinterpreted alongside the functional intelligence of traditional Mongolian menswear.
Created for the modern-day nomad, the collection is a contemporary interpretation of classic silhouettes, bringing Eastern and Western influences into quiet balance. Each piece is shaped through material discipline, considered proportion, and purposeful design; defined not by spectacle, but by calm strength, versatility, and enduring relevance.
